Healthcare Strategy & Workforce Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist public-sector healthcare organizations in aligning their workforce with the communities they serve

• Carry out assessments of healthcare workforce planning and staffing requirements

• Evaluate the capacity of physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and allied health professionals

• Provide guidance on recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership development

• Analyze compensation benchmarks, incentive structures, and provider productivity

• Create strategies for organizational design, role alignment, and workforce deployment

• Conduct labor market analysis and assess healthcare workforce supply and demand

• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare access in rural and underserved communities

• Establish workforce development partnerships and assess programs

• Formulate strategic plans that link workforce investments to service delivery

• Deliver strategic assessments, advisory projects, workforce studies, and implementation support tailored to client needs and contract awards

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in healthcare leadership, workforce strategy, human resources, physician enterprise management, or related consulting

• Proven track record in workforce planning, compensation, recruitment and retention, provider utilization, or organizational enhancement

• Proficient in utilizing workforce or operational data to inform decisions

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to formulate actionable recommendations

• Experience in government and public-sector is preferred, though not mandatory

• Relevant experience with public hospitals, academic health systems, community health centers, workforce organizations, or rural healthcare initiatives is particularly pertinent
