This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design and implement secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and customer healthcare systems.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams, EMR vendors, and third-party providers to define, configure, validate, and troubleshoot interfaces.
• Perform technical discovery to gain insights into customer environments, infrastructure, workflows, and integration requirements.
• Convert business and technical needs into actionable implementation strategies.
• Configure Solventum solutions to meet customer-specific operational and clinical requirements.
• Oversee technical validation, testing, defect investigation, issue resolution, and deployment readiness tasks.
• Facilitate successful customer go-lives and operational transitions.
• Act as an escalation point for technical challenges during and after implementation.
• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and promote continuous improvement.
• Document and disseminate implementation knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with support, engineering, product management, and implementation teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in implementing, integrating, supporting, or delivering healthcare technology solutions.
• 3 years of experience in implementing enterprise software solutions in healthcare settings.
• 3 years of experience collaborating directly with customer IT teams, technical stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 v2.x, FHIR, APIs, and data exchange workflows.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure components.
• Experience with EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), Altera, Meditech, or equivalent systems.
• Knowledge of interface engines, integration platforms, SaaS deployments, cloud-hosted solutions, networking fundamentals, or identity management concepts.
• Experience in supporting technical discovery, requirements analysis, solution configuration, testing, validation, go-live readiness, and production support activities.
• Understanding of healthcare data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Proficiency in the French language is an added advantage.
• A Master's degree and seven years of experience are considered additional qualifications.
