⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years and up to seven years of experience in healthcare and/or professional liability litigation.

• Must be licensed and authorized to practice in North Carolina or California.

• Exceptional skills in litigation, writing, and persuasive communication.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Demonstrated research abilities.

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing tasks with little oversight.

• Experience in preparing and presenting motions.

• Experience in conducting and defending depositions.

• Proven track record in leading written discovery efforts.

• Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
