Healthcare Outreach Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver educational programs to referring professionals

• Cultivate referral relationships with clinical professionals specializing in eating disorders, as well as mood and anxiety disorders

• Collaborate with medical/surgical and behavioral health hospitals to provide resources and identify suitable patients for referral

• Establish connections with medical centers, physicians, integrated delivery networks, therapy groups, and private practices

• Oversee territory responsibilities to achieve quarterly objectives and center census budgets

• Monitor activity and census fulfillment metrics

• Evaluate market trends and modify outreach strategies accordingly

• Plan and conduct outreach symposiums and training sessions

• Coordinate with the Director on speakers and topics

• Manage CRM data, market information, referral details, and follow-up processes

• Provide insights on competitor activities

• Maintain strong relationships with clinical leadership

• Support internal marketing initiatives

• Exhibit expertise in services and care modalities

• Participate in ad hoc marketing, conference, and communications committees

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, counseling/mental health, or a related field (required)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical or behavioral health outreach (required)

• Must reside in Washington DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia

• Preference will be given to candidates located within the DC Metro area and near the Bethesda facility

• Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST

• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required
