Healthcare Enrollment Specialist, Korean/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct 8–15 outbound calls each hour to Medicare patients across the U.S.

• Provide patients with information about doctor-recommended Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management programs.

• Address Medicare-related inquiries regarding coverage, monthly participation, and opting out.

• Secure verbal consent and assist interested patients in enrolling in the company's system.

• Meticulously document call notes and patient details.

• Achieve daily productivity and enrollment performance goals.

• Engage with senior patients in the U.S. via phone.

• Clarify physician-recommended healthcare programs and respond to patient queries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in U.S. healthcare or with Medicare patients, including roles in medical offices, call centers, insurance verification, or care coordination.

• Excellent spoken English skills; must be easily comprehensible to older adult patients.

• Fluency in both English and Korean.

• Dependable high-speed internet connection; a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps is recommended.

• A quiet and professional home office environment.

• A headset equipped with a clear microphone.

• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours.

• Comfort with consistent outbound calling.

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior or elderly patients.

• Capability to explain healthcare and Medicare concepts clearly and with patience.

• Professional phone demeanor with strong pacing and clear pronunciation.

• Familiarity with web-based systems.

• Submission of a voice recording lasting 60–90 seconds during the application process.

• Minimum availability of 20 hours each week.
