Healthcare Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

• Handle both incoming and outgoing customer communications

• Utilize online tools to address customer inquiries

• Interact with customers through phone, email, chat, and/or social media

• Calmly address and de-escalate issues

• Elevate interactions when necessary and appropriate

• Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments

• Monitor call-related data for auditing and reporting purposes

• Provide insights on call-related issues

• Upsell products or services as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service

• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Comfortable using desktop computer systems

• Basic knowledge of Windows-based systems

• A dedicated workspace near a router for a hardwired Ethernet connection

• Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload

• ISP latency must be below 50ms

• Internet connection cannot utilize satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN

• Proof of internet speed is required

• Capability to adhere to established procedures

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and support departments

• Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Skill in prioritizing tasks and performing well under pressure

• Capacity to work within a structured schedule across various shifts

• Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory
