Healthcare Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients.

• Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound calls.

• Initiate outbound calls as necessary.

• Aid customers in refilling medications, checking referrals, sending messages to physicians, and confirming appointments.

• Document call interactions thoroughly.

• Utilize multiple screens and applications while engaging with patients/customers.

• Simultaneously type and converse to record call details.

• Access company and client resources to manage calls effectively.

• Transition between tasks without sacrificing efficiency or composure.

• Exhibit empathy towards patients and their requirements.

• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance during scheduled hours.

• Uphold a positive and professional demeanor in customer interactions.

• Participate in cross-training as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or customer support.

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center or office environment is required.

• Experience working remotely from home is a plus.

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

• Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• A background check in accordance with state and federal laws will be required.

• Candidates must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.

• Verification of a secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet connection is required.

• A designated workspace with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection must be established.

🏝️ Benefits

• Starting pay of $14 per hour, with an additional shift differential of $1 per hour for nights and weekends.

• Paid training, typically lasting 2 weeks.

• Equipment will be provided and shipped to full-time employees.
