Healthcare Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients.

• Primarily handle inbound calls, with outbound calls as necessary.

• Assist with medication refills, referral questions, messages to physicians, and confirming appointments.

• Complete documentation forms for each call.

• Manage multiple screens and programs simultaneously during patient interactions.

• Document calls while conversing with patients.

• Utilize company and client resources to address calls accurately.

• Transition between tasks efficiently and calmly.

• Provide empathetic responses to patients and their concerns.

• Ensure punctuality and attendance at scheduled times.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in customer interactions.

• Participate in cross-training as requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or office environment is required.

• Previous experience working remotely from home is advantageous.

• Quick learner capable of working independently.

• Strong verbal communication and phone skills, along with active listening abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Background check required as per state and federal regulations.

• Candidates must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.

• Verified secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet connection.

• Must have a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
