Healthcare Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients through various channels.

• Primarily manage inbound calls, with outbound calls as necessary.

• Assist with medication refills, inquiries regarding referrals, messaging doctors, and confirming appointments.

• Complete documentation forms for calls.

• Multitask across multiple screens and programs during patient interactions.

• Simultaneously type and communicate to document calls effectively.

• Utilize company and client resources to manage calls with precision.

• Transition between tasks seamlessly without losing efficiency or composure.

• Respond with empathy to the needs of patients.

• Ensure desk availability, punctuality, and attendance during scheduled hours.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

• Participate in cross-training as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or customer support.

• At least 1 year of prior experience in a call center or office setting is required.

• Prior remote work-from-home experience is advantageous.

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

• Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail is essential.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• A background check is required in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Must have verified secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet service.

• Must have an established dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
