This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Offers 24/7 phone support for partners and addresses inquiries.
β’ Evaluates calls to deliver immediate assistance, transfer calls, or arrange follow-up for client resolution.
β’ Determines customer needs by reviewing case notes and analyzing each situation.
β’ Executes routine call center operations related to business products and services.
β’ Utilizes standard scripts and established protocols under guidance to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
β’ Delivers specialized information with warmth and empathy.
β’ Collects essential information to update the database.
β’ Raises issues to senior management based on complaints or concerns.
β’ Clarifies company policies to customers.
β’ Enhances skills within an analytical or operational process and maintains necessary licenses, training, and certifications.
β’ Provides daily contracted technical or non-technical customer support, transaction processing, and sales and marketing services.
β’ Engages in business support or technical work utilizing data organization and coordination skills.
β’ Operates within established procedures and practices with moderate supervision.
β’ Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to policies and standards.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent education is required.
β’ Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment screening and drug test.
β’ Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without the need for visa transfer or sponsorship.
β’ Must successfully complete the Call Center β Service Skills Assessment.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook, is required.
β’ Availability to work weekends and some holidays, including nights, in a 24/7 operation.
β’ Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred.
β’ Experience in a Call Center environment with Customer Service is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Medical Insurance, Medicaid, or Pharmacy Benefits is preferred.
β’ Strong skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving are essential.
β’ Experience in managing escalated customer issues and complex situations.
β’ Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
β’ Capability to multi-task and effectively manage time.
β’ Attention to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy is necessary.
β’ One year of experience in medical insurance or a medical office is preferred.
β’ Experience with computer systems, data entry, and database documentation knowledge is required.
β’ Previous experience in a customer service background within a call center is preferred.
β’ Experience in handling inbound customer support calls is required.
