This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee comprehensive facility credentialing and privileging processes for physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants across various Skilled Nursing Facility locations.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor credentialing applications, facility packets, provider documents, and privileging requests.
• Collaborate with facility contacts, administrators, regional teams, and internal management to address credentialing, access, and compliance challenges.
• Maintain provider credentialing files, which include licenses, DEA registrations, board certifications, malpractice coverage, NPDB reports, CAQH profiles, CVs, and other pertinent documentation.
• Follow up with facilities to ensure that credentialing submissions are reviewed, processed, approved, and completed in a timely manner.
• Manage PCC and other EMR access, including setting up provider logins and verifying Medical Professional profiles.
• Conduct PCC login credentialing audits and maintenance, including NPI setup, DEA validation, EPCS readiness, remote user status, and resident/facility access.
• Communicate the status of provider credentialing, access readiness, and any outstanding barriers with management, operations, scheduling, implementation, and facility teams.
• Track provider onboarding, new facility launches, re-credentialing needs, and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Maintain credentialing spreadsheets, trackers, audit logs, and status reports.
• Escalate urgent credentialing or EMR access issues that impact provider coverage, patient care, or facility go-live timelines.
• Ensure that credentialing activities adhere to company policies, facility requirements, regulatory standards, and applicable state/federal guidelines.
• Support process enhancements, workflow standardization, and documentation of credentialing procedures for multi-state facility operations.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare credentialing is required.
• Experience with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), long-term care, telehealth, or multi-state provider credentialing is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience credentialing medical providers, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.
• Strong understanding of facility credentialing, privileging, provider enrollment, and compliance documentation.
• Experience with PCC/PointClickCare or other EMR systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of provider licenses, DEA registrations, controlled substance registrations, prescriptive authority, malpractice coverage, and credentialing file requirements.
• Capability to manage a high volume of credentialing requests across multiple states and facility groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize urgent issues, and maintain precision in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, credentialing trackers, and other administrative systems.
• A reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, second monitor, stable internet connection, and backup internet connection are required.
• Availability to work during US Eastern Standard Time (EST), from 9am to 6pm.
