Healthcare Consulting Manager – Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate multi-workstream projects while supervising junior team members.

• Evaluate data to drive performance enhancements and organizational transformations.

• Work collaboratively with team members and clients to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Maintain communication with project teams and stakeholders.

• Mentor and develop team members through training, oversight, and constructive feedback.

• Build enduring client relationships and ensure project outcomes meet client objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project leadership and workplan management, particularly in pharmacy performance improvement.

• Proven experience in leading pharmacy department operations or consulting projects that focus on performance enhancement, process re-engineering, and change management within a hospital environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed for clients, enterprises, or projects; the current average travel for the Healthcare practice is under 50% annually.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• US Work Authorization is required.
