This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions utilizing established methodologies and best practices.

• Gather and analyze data, identify gaps and risks, formulate conclusions, and create actionable, sustainable recommendations.

• Condense information and present findings and recommendations to Huron and client leadership.

• Directly oversee junior project team members through coaching, mentoring, team leadership, and performance management.

• Provide solutions customized to meet each client’s needs across healthcare services.

• Lead one or more project work streams employing Huron's approaches and methodologies.

• Assist healthcare organizations in enhancing clinical and financial outcomes, optimizing operations, and promoting growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant project implementation or performance improvement experience in a team-oriented environment, preferably in healthcare consulting.

• Experience in leading hospital operations or pharmacy-focused consulting projects.

• Strong focus on performance improvement, change management, and team or departmental leadership.

• Proficiency in analyzing healthcare cost structures and enhancing operational workflows within hospitals and health systems.

• Willingness to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs; current average travel in the Healthcare practice is less than 50% annually.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• US Work Authorization is required.

• Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment is preferred.
