Healthcare Concierge, Care Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of Assisted Living facilities in California as either the Primary or Secondary Care Partner.

• Execute daily outbound tasks such as callbacks, follow-ups, confirmations, and proactive outreach.

• Utilize AI tools to review and reconcile medication records.

• Leverage pharmacy expertise to identify drug interactions, dosage issues, and discrepancies for the clinical teams.

• Ensure accurate facility census data is maintained across AllCare systems.

• Directly verify provider schedules with facility contacts.

• Liaise with pharmacy partners regarding patient documentation, delivery coordination, and cycle updates.

• Address AI Concierge tasks, resolve outstanding issues, and proactively reach out to facilities and families.

• Collaborate with Routing, Clinic, and Launch Lead teams to guarantee timely completion of requests.

• Appropriately escalate issues to the Lead or Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• B.Pharm or PharmD degree from a recognized Egyptian university.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in community pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical customer service, or US-facing healthcare BPO; new graduates with excellent English skills and customer orientation will also be considered.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Availability and willingness to work US Pacific Time hours.

• Must be available for the US holiday calendar, including working on Egyptian public holidays that do not coincide with US holidays.

• Comfortable using CRM, task management systems, communication platforms, and AI-driven workflows.

• Detail-oriented, disciplined in processes, and able to maintain composure under pressure.

• Reliable home internet, a quiet workspace, and a dedicated laptop setup suitable for remote voice work.

• Located in Egypt with valid work authorization.

• Previous experience with US clients, knowledge of US pharmacy workflows, US drug brand names, and basics of US insurance is advantageous.

• Experience in a Primary/Secondary account coverage model or named-account service model is a plus.
