This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with and cultivate relationships with C-suite executives in the hospital network to comprehend business requirements and offer solutions.

• Establish connections within the hub IDN and with key stakeholders, including committee members, procurement personnel, and medical directors.

• Design and spearhead strategic business plans that evolve year-over-year within each Health System.

• Integrate customer and Beckman Coulter value drivers to foster revenue growth and maintain enduring partnerships.

• Utilize Danaher Business System tools to direct sales initiatives alongside local regional teams.

• Ensure that team members are aware of the entire IDN's needs and how their efforts contribute to the customer partnership.

• Collaborate with the service organization to guarantee successful installation, go-live, and ongoing maintenance post-installation.

• Provide an overarching view of account activities to ensure high-quality, consistent customer service.

• Adjust strategies and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.

• Work with Area Directors and Regional Sales Managers to synchronize local teams with the overall Health System.

• Offer indirect coaching, mentoring, and leadership to sales representatives.

• Oversee weekly and monthly account plan strategies.

• Engage in sales-cycle activities.

• Prepare and present business reviews for customers and internal stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in business or sciences).

• Over 9 years of sales experience within a hospital or laboratory environment.

• Proven experience selling to C-suite executives within large IDNs.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to conduct executive-level presentations clearly, concisely, and accurately.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams, and SharePoint.

• Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time.

• In-depth understanding of customers’ business and financial objectives.

• Familiarity with hospital operating financials and healthcare economics.

• Ability to lead weekly and monthly account plan tactics and present business reviews.

• Master's degree preferred (not mandatory).
