Health & Safety Consultant – Home-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Support clients in fulfilling their health and safety responsibilities as part of WorkNest's contractual agreements.

• Serve as one of WorkNest's Competent Persons for designated client portfolios.

• Manage a client portfolio while fostering strong relationships throughout the entire client lifecycle.

• Provide practical Health & Safety guidance to both existing and new clients.

• Collaborate with the Client Experience team to arrange visits, deliver services, and manage client relations.

• Ensure all contractual obligations are satisfied while providing an outstanding client experience.

• Balance time between client visits and dedicated administrative days.

• Oversee assigned client accounts to guarantee consistent service delivery and documentation.

• Enhance technical knowledge and participate in knowledge sharing across the broader team.

• Investigate specialist development paths in Fire Safety, CDM, and ISO services.

⛳️ Requirements

• NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent Level 6 qualification.

• Experience in delivering practical Health & Safety guidance across various sectors.

• Dedication to continuous professional development.

• Actively pursuing Chartered status.

• Capability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.

• Skill in providing tailored practical Health & Safety advice to meet client needs.

• Ability to function as a Lead Consultant for assigned client accounts.

• Located in Exeter or Plymouth.

• Full-time availability required.
