Health & Safety Consultant – Exeter, Plymouth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Support clients in fulfilling their Health & Safety responsibilities as one of WorkNest’s appointed Competent Persons.

• Oversee a portfolio of clients throughout their engagement lifecycle.

• Provide existing and prospective clients with customized, practical Health & Safety guidance.

• Collaborate with the Client Experience team to schedule visits, deliver services, and manage client relationships.

• Ensure that contractual commitments and exceptional service standards are upheld.

• Balance time between client appointments and designated administrative days.

• Serve as Lead Consultant for assigned client accounts.

• Ensure consistent service delivery and documentation alongside colleagues associated with each account.

• Enhance technical knowledge and participate in knowledge sharing initiatives.

• Investigate specialized development paths in Fire Safety, CDM, and ISO services.

⛳️ Requirements

• NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent Level 6 qualification.

• Proven experience in delivering practical Health & Safety advice across various sectors.

• Dedication to continuous professional development and a commitment to achieving Chartered status.

• Capability to manage a client portfolio while fostering close client relationships.

• Proficiency in providing Health & Safety advice that is tailored to meet client needs.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with the Client Experience team.

• Residing in Exeter or Plymouth.

• Openness to working as a home-based consultant and attending client meetings.
