This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Conduct research, gather, and analyze information related to health informatics.
• Spot opportunities, devise solutions, and guide through their implementation.
• Work collaboratively on performance enhancement initiatives focused on program efficiency and patient experience results.
• Prepare and distribute analytical reports.
• Utilize various system applications to conduct analyses, generate reports, and create educational materials.
• Investigate and compile information for on-demand operational projects and initiatives.
• Synthesize and analyze data, offering comprehensive summaries and graphical representations of trends.
• Propose feasible options or solutions while taking into account business strategies and aiding leadership in decision-making.
• Use program and operational data to define and showcase progress, ROI, and impact.
• Keep updated on relevant laws, regulations, and Trinity Health policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Exemplify Trinity Health's mission, values, vision, actions, and commitments in behavior, practices, and decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of Health Informatics gained through a blend of education and experience.
• A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is mandatory.
• An active and current Pharmacist license is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in Health Informatics or a related field.
• Familiarity with clinical information systems and health information technology is essential.
• Advanced comprehension of clinical treatment modalities, educational principles, clinical information systems, accreditation and regulatory standards, and program development.
• Capability to adjust to frequent interruptions, changing priorities, and stressful circumstances.
• Proficiency in completing tasks thoroughly while managing multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
• Ability to comprehend and relate to complex ideas and concepts.
• Skill in reading small print, hearing normal sounds and voice patterns, and effectively communicating verbally.
• Competence in performing frequent manual dexterity tasks and occasional grasping/handling.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment and utilize available personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Capability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds without assistance.
• Regular travel is required.
• Salary range between $120,446 - $198,736.
