This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the Health Care practice group at a prominent national law firm.

• Manage civil litigation cases within both state and federal courts.

• Work collaboratively with team members, taking on a significant level of responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in civil litigation is essential.

• Prior experience in representing health care and/or long-term care facilities is required.

• Possess strong skills in research, writing, and analysis.

• Admission to the California bar is mandatory.
