Health Care Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide analytical support to one or more departments.

• Create complex ad hoc, production, and/or trend reports that facilitate business decisions and operational processes.

• Collaborate with clients to design financial, clinical, or operational reports.

• Extract and manipulate cost, utilization, and other data to generate reports and identify trends.

• Summarize and format data using tables, graphs, and various styles to enhance decision-making processes.

• Analyze, research, and interpret results, variances, and trends.

• Document report specifications and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Design, develop, document, and maintain databases to support reporting and operational processes.

• Ensure the accuracy of data.

• Confirm that reports comply with regulatory reporting standards.

• Aid in the development of online management information systems and standardized reporting solutions.

• Suggest operational changes or actions based on analytical insights.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related analytical field is preferred.

• At least two years of experience in manipulating and analyzing data from large relational database systems.

• Proficient in manipulating and extracting cost, utilization, and other relevant data.

• Capable of designing, developing, documenting, and maintaining databases.

• Skilled in verifying data accuracy.

• Competent in analyzing, researching, and interpreting results, variances, and trends.

• Able to document report specifications and convey findings to clients.
