📋 Description

• Develop and implement a personalized sales strategy to achieve yearly revenue and growth targets.

• Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting.

• Perform risk assessments and coverage evaluations, identifying potential exposures and suggesting effective solutions.

• Create and present consultative insurance proposals tailored to client needs.

• Work in tandem with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing professionals from the proposal stage through to renewal.

• Serve as a trusted risk advocate by providing proactive client advice throughout the year.

• Negotiate and secure customized coverage options with insurance carriers.

• Enhance Howden’s community engagement through networking, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Utilize CRM and reporting tools to effectively prioritize and plan tasks.

• Cultivate knowledge in emerging risks, market trends, and insurance solutions.
