This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials for new mobile game concepts during the initial R&D phase.
• Collaborate directly with Motion Designers and Artists: assign tasks, offer references and requirements, review their outputs, and deliver clear, actionable feedback.
• Determine how gameplay should be showcased in marketing materials based on the game itself, available levels, and the objectives of the marketing test.
• Prepare gameplay recordings and identify the most representative gameplay moments for creative production.
• Evaluate creatives from both a visual and production standpoint, including aspects such as animation, composition, pacing, clarity, and overall execution.
• Assess production complexity and timelines, ensuring that creatives are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate closely with R&D Producers to grasp each game concept, align on necessary materials for the launch, and provide final creatives for marketing tests.
• Background in the gaming industry with a solid understanding of game advertising creatives.
• Practical experience in Motion Design, Creative Production, or a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire video creative production cycle — from gameplay recording and references to animation, editing, and final delivery.
• Capability to independently assess the work of Motion Designers and Artists and offer constructive feedback without the need for a Motion or Art Lead.
• Sufficient hands-on production knowledge to accurately evaluate task complexity, production timelines, and quality of execution.
• Experience in directly coordinating with Motion Designers and managing their tasks.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and make decisions when deadlines overlap.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Previous hands-on experience as a Motion Designer or Lead Motion Designer is advantageous.
• Experience with launching new games, prototypes, or early-stage products is a plus.
• Familiarity with R&D or startup-like game development settings is an asset.
