This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more countries.
• Identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, freelancer platforms, and referrals.
• Assess applicants for potential concerns, skill alignment, and adherence to scorecards.
• Administer test projects and evaluate submissions.
• Facilitate initial group interviews and oversee the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage and enhance sourcing channels based on their performance metrics.
• Create and maintain a talent pool for recurring high-impact positions.
• Oversee and respond to Glassdoor reviews, coordinate review initiatives, solicit feedback, and identify issues.
• Produce weekly reports on the hiring pipeline by channel and role, tracking funnel performance against key performance indicators.
• Design and execute people systems aimed at engaging, onboarding, and retaining talent.
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational structuring and capacity planning.
• Set performance standards, evaluation frameworks, and development paths.
• Foster a consistent talent experience that enhances engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Offer workforce insights and data-driven suggestions to leadership.
• Collaborate with external service providers to enhance people operations.
• Lead the talent acquisition and people functions with one direct report.
• Assist with onboarding, performance frameworks, contractor renewals, and leadership enablement.
• 3–5+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce sectors.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for marketing, operations, Amazon, product, and leadership roles.
• Proficient in conducting structured interviews, test projects, and group interviews.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and OnlineJobs.ph.
• Experience managing hiring systems utilizing Notion, ClickUp, or lightweight applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent writing skills for job descriptions, outreach, and candidate communications.
• Capability to manage 5–10 active roles simultaneously without compromising process integrity.
• Experience in safeguarding brand reputation and addressing feedback on platforms like Glassdoor.
• Skilled in developing and managing hiring metrics reporting.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR or people operations with leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Direct experience managing contractor-centric or distributed teams.
• Proven ability to create compliant and scalable people systems.
• Strong knowledge of contractor classification, employment law, and risk management.
