This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +36 more states.
• Establish and advocate for the product vision, member experience vision, and defensibility thesis.
• Make the ultimate decision regarding the AI and personalization philosophy.
• Collaborate with the Chief Subscription Officer on the product vision and roadmap.
• Determine quarterly capacity allocation across Core, Growth, and Partner initiatives.
• Set the platform and technical debt percentage in conjunction with Engineering.
• Formulate product strategy across various domains and assess domain roadmaps, PRDs, and the unified backlog.
• Manage the concept pipeline for new revenue opportunities and guide decisions related to pricing, plans, packaging, and investment.
• Oversee future-state concepts and the innovation pipeline.
• Lead and nurture the Core, Growth, and Partner Product Leaders.
• Ensure product leaders are accountable for engagement, funnel, and partner experience outcomes.
• Review domain roadmaps and address cross-domain conflicts.
• Communicate product decisions transparently and publicly.
• Provide regular updates to the Chief Subscription Officer and executive team regarding product outcomes, strategic bets, and tradeoffs.
• A minimum of 12 years in product management, including at least 5 years of experience leading product teams in a consumer subscription, mobile, or connected fitness environment.
• Demonstrated success in establishing product vision and translating it into a prioritized portfolio with tangible tradeoffs.
• Extensive knowledge of subscription economics, including conversion, retention, LTV, CAC, along with pricing and packaging strategies.
• Hands-on experience in developing an AI and personalization strategy for consumers.
• Ability to make decisive choices and act as a tiebreaker while maintaining collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Experience managing experimentation programs with an analytical approach.
• Executive presence and the capability to present effectively to the CEO and board.
