This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop sales sequences, communication scripts, objection-handling resources, battle cards, demo materials, tools, processes, and content.
• Assess and implement AI-driven sales tools, conversation intelligence, and automation strategies.
• Supervise and cultivate the inbound follow-up team, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales Associates.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, coach performance, recruit as the team grows, and manage the pairing of Sales Associates with Account Executives.
• Set cadence standards, define ownership guidelines, outline CRM hygiene expectations, and oversee the Sales Trainer.
• Take charge of onboarding and ramp-up processes for new sales personnel.
• Create, compose, and A/B test follow-up sequences for emails and chats.
• Handle no-show recovery, rebooking, and reactivation campaigns for aged and closed-lost opportunities.
• Minimize drop-off rates at each stage of the sales funnel.
• Manage channel-partner leads and opportunities, including ownership, follow-up, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Review recorded calls and demos using a sales scorecard and ensure monthly call-review coverage.
• Mentor Account Executives on discovery, objection handling, urgency, and securing follow-up calls.
• Facilitate calibration sessions and participate in live deals when representatives require assistance.
• Maintain the sales knowledge base and content that supports the AI sales chat assistant.
• Ensure customer-facing information is accurate and that sales claims are compliant and truthful.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related commercial role.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing or coaching a sales team.
• Proven history of developing sales systems, tools, or programs from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing follow-up, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales-cycle efficacy.
• Strong comprehension of inbound sales funnels, lead management, and mid-funnel conversion.
• Experience in coaching sales representatives on discovery, objection handling, urgency, and advancing deals.
• Ability to analyze sales calls, pinpoint performance gaps, and deliver actionable feedback.
• Practical experience in creating sales sequences across email, chat, SMS, or other follow-up mediums.
• Solid CRM discipline and familiarity with platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Comfortable leveraging data to identify funnel issues, establish targets, and manage performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness and capability to work during Pacific Time hours.
• Annual base salary ranging from $125,000 to $155,000, based on experience.
