Head of Risk Management – FX, CFD Brokerage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the comprehensive risk management strategy for the company.

• Supervise market, liquidity, operational, and counterparty risks across all trading operations.

• Oversee A-Book, B-Book, and Hybrid execution models to enhance profitability and manage risk exposure.

• Analyze client flow, detect toxic trading behaviors, and assess trading performance.

• Develop and execute hedging strategies in collaboration with liquidity providers.

• Establish exposure limits, leverage policies, and risk controls for all trading instruments.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly executive risk reports.

• Direct risk assessments during significant market events, periods of high volatility, and crisis scenarios.

• Work collaboratively with the Dealing, Compliance, Finance, and Executive Management teams.

• Recruit and nurture a high-performing risk management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in risk management within the Forex/CFD brokerage sector.

• Strong comprehension of A-Book/B-Book models and exposure management techniques.

• Practical experience with MT5 Manager, PrimeXM, Centroid, oneZero, or comparable trading infrastructures.

• Profound knowledge of hedging, liquidity management, and institutional trading operations.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.

• Experience in managing global brokerage operations.

• Familiarity with FIX API connectivity and liquidity aggregation.

• Experience collaborating with multiple liquidity providers and institutional counterparties.

• Must be based in Dubai.
