Insurance Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Engage with individuals who have expressed interest in coverage; no cold calling involved.

• Assess clients' requirements and offer appropriate life insurance alternatives.

• Assist clients throughout the application procedure.

• Maintain follow-up communication and nurture client relationships.

• Utilize the provided CRM to monitor activities and organize your weekly tasks.

• Must reside in Michigan.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn.

• Ability to remain organized and manage daily activities effectively.

• Comfortable working autonomously while receiving support.

• Willing to pursue a Michigan life and health insurance license; assistance will be provided by the company.

• Previous sales or insurance experience is not necessary.

• Required to obtain a Michigan resident life and health insurance license before engaging with clients.

• Any applicable state licensing fees will be paid directly to the state licensing authority.
