This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a cohesive product marketing team and define the product marketing strategy and operational framework for various audiences.
• Ensure the product portfolio is distinctly positioned for buyers, clients, and members.
• Convert roadmap priorities, market insights, buyer requirements, and member behaviors into portfolio narratives, unique positioning, launch strategies, sales materials, and messaging focused on adoption.
• Create a clear and differentiated market positioning along with a foundational positioning framework for the products.
• Design pitch decks, sell sheets, and other materials to support sales efforts.
• Direct the go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and shifts in business models throughout the buyer and member journeys.
• Collaborate with Product on inputs for the roadmap, packaging, pricing considerations, launch tiers, minimum-change thresholds, and expectations for readiness.
• Link product positioning to member awareness, activation, usage, and ongoing engagement.
• Work alongside Consumer, Brand, Lifecycle, Clinical, and Operations teams.
• Build and manage the product marketing team, integrating talent and approaches to work.
• Foster collaboration across Product, Brand, Demand Generation, Sales, Clinical, Legal/Compliance, B2B and B2C Marketing, and Client Management.
• 12+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on product marketing leadership in both B2B and B2C / D2C settings.
• Familiarity with B2B2C or platform environments, particularly where the economic buyer differs from the end user / member.
• Demonstrated success in developing product marketing strategies, operational models, launch practices, and leading high-performing teams through transitions or integrations.
• Strong focus on product, commercial, and customer aspects; ability to influence roadmap, packaging, and pricing decisions without having ownership of Product Management.
• Strategic yet hands-on leadership that aligns narrative, enablement, launch execution, and measurement with business results.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, digital health, benefits, insurance, or other regulated, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Exceptional skills in storytelling, executive communication, stakeholder management, and framing decisions.
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
