This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assess HR operations to pinpoint areas for improvement in efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
β’ Formulate and execute HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and uniform employee lifecycle workflows.
β’ Create processes for onboarding, employee development, performance evaluations, promotions, compensation reviews, and offboarding.
β’ Deploy HR systems and automation solutions.
β’ Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations.
β’ Design and implement comprehensive performance management frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), feedback systems, and performance enhancement plans across the company.
β’ Launch recognition and employee development initiatives.
β’ Craft recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint essential roles, workforce needs, and organizational deficiencies.
β’ Supervise recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
β’ Set recruiting KPIs and bolster employer branding efforts.
β’ Enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and retention strategies.
β’ Establish frameworks for career progression and professional development.
β’ Design organizational structures and guide managers in leadership, performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
β’ Implement leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
β’ Support organizational change efforts.
β’ Create HR dashboards and reporting systems.
β’ Monitor turnover rates, retention, recruitment efficiency, absenteeism, and engagement metrics.
β’ Analyze workforce data and convert HR insights into actionable strategies.
β’ Establish routine reporting and review processes with executive leadership.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience.
β’ At least 3 years in an HR leadership or management role.
β’ Proven experience in leading HR operations, formulating people strategies, and implementing systems that support organizational growth.
β’ Preferred experience in BPO, shared services, professional services, or rapidly growing organizations.
β’ In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance.
β’ Practical experience in designing and executing KPI frameworks, employee performance management systems, and HR operational processes.
β’ Proficiency in utilizing workforce analytics and business metrics for informed decision-making.
β’ Experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, performance management software, and workflow automation tools is highly regarded.
β’ Familiarity with organizational development, continuous improvement, and change management methodologies is a significant advantage.
β’ Exceptional communication skills to engage with executives, department heads, managers, and employees at all levels.
β’ Competence in handling difficult conversations, resolving conflicts, building trust, and ensuring accountability.
β’ Ability to advocate for employees while aligning with business priorities.
β’ Capacity to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to rapid change.
β’ Strong business acumen linking people decisions to productivity, operational efficiency, profitability, and growth.
