This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee the Oracle Finance, Oracle Supply Chain, and CLM technology portfolios, establishing strategies, priorities, roadmaps, and operational plans that align with business objectives and value-creation aims.
• Collaborate with leaders in Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Internal Audit, and Technology to convert business requirements into enduring platform capabilities and quantifiable results.
• Provide responsible leadership for Oracle Fusion enhancements, remediation efforts, integrations, data quality management, controls, and production support.
• Establish and uphold portfolio governance, including prioritization, investment planning, risk management, architectural decisions, release management, and performance reporting.
• Define the strategy for integration, data, analytics, and decision intelligence, linking core enterprise processes to enable timely business insights.
• Identify and expand practical AI and intelligent automation opportunities within Finance, Supply Chain, and CLM workflows.
• Lead technology initiatives for acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and carve-outs as needed.
• Promote end-to-end process optimization and adoption across procure-to-pay, record-to-report, supply chain processes, and contract lifecycle management.
• Ensure financial process controls, security, compliance, and audit readiness across the supported platforms.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team of product, functional, technical, data, and delivery professionals.
• Oversee strategic implementation partners and vendors.
• Manage budget, resource capacity, vendor performance, technology cost optimization, and delivery commitments.
• Act as the senior escalation point for critical incidents and cross-functional issues, ensuring prompt decisions, communication, and resolutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• An advanced degree or professional accounting qualification is preferred.
• Substantial leadership experience in managing enterprise applications, particularly Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain.
• CLM experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven success in leading complex ERP transformations, enterprise integrations, data/analytics initiatives, controls/compliance programs, and multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Experience in applying AI, automation, or modern SaaS capabilities to enhance enterprise operations is strongly preferred.
• Experience in supporting private equity, M&A, post-merger integration, divestiture, or carve-out transformations is preferred.
• Strong skills in executive communication, stakeholder management, financial acumen, and people leadership.
