Head of Field Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Lead the field marketing team to position Ent effectively in front of security buyers.

• Own the field pipeline metrics and develop a diverse program mix including events, account-based marketing (ABM), executive engagement, webinars, and co-marketing with partners.

• Establish operational rhythms utilizing KPIs, dashboards, attribution methods, and business review processes.

• Collaborate with regional sales leaders and account directors to create territory plans.

• Design and implement programs for major industry conferences, regional roadshows, and executive gatherings.

• Transform partner and alliance relationships into sourced and influenced pipeline opportunities.

• Oversee program expenditures, eliminate underperforming initiatives, and reinvest in successful programs.

• Work in conjunction with Sales, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, regional sales leaders, account directors, and partner teams.

• Define and expand Ent's field marketing function as the pipeline increases.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading field marketing for a company targeting enterprise clients.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and be held accountable for pipeline metrics.

• Experience in marketing to security buyers (CISOs, SOC teams, security architects) or a similarly technical enterprise audience.

• Background in executing partner and channel co-marketing strategies with shared pipeline objectives alongside direct sales efforts.

• Competence in developing KPIs, attribution, dashboards, and conducting post-program analyses.

• Experience in managing and nurturing a field marketing team, including recruitment.

• Proven ability to work closely with sales teams and influence executive stakeholders.

• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, with the capability to work directly with data.

• Experience in building or scaling field marketing within a startup that has progressed beyond its initial sales phase (preferred).

• Experience supporting regions outside of the United States (preferred).

• Familiarity with the cybersecurity conference landscape (preferred).

• Interest in leveraging AI in marketing workflows (preferred).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

• Capability to address current or future employer work visa sponsorship requirements.
