This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.
• Lead and oversee the Enterprise Capture Enablement organization along with its supporting functions.
• Set priorities, create work plans, define performance expectations, and allocate resources effectively.
• Establish a scalable support model to accommodate fluctuating pursuit volumes, regional requirements, and enterprise growth objectives.
• Enhance team capabilities through coaching, guidance, and performance management.
• Create, maintain, and regulate the enterprise Capture methodology, including processes, standards, operating procedures, plans, templates, tools, stage gates, and decision criteria.
• Direct research on market trends, clients, funding sources, procurement, competitors, policies, and external signals.
• Produce intelligence products related to accounts, markets, competitors, funding, and opportunities.
• Manage Capture and Growth intelligence systems, data frameworks, and knowledge management efforts.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, technology, analytics, and business teams to enhance the quality and accessibility of Capture data.
• Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms for pursuit management, portfolio decisions, and executive visibility.
• Define requirements for Capture tools, technology, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate on the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of Capture-related systems.
• Develop training, onboarding, reference materials, office hours, and support for enterprise Capture.
• Foster a Capture community of practice.
• Assist in portfolio reviews, gate reviews, win/loss analyses, and other governance activities.
• Track performance trends and suggest enhancements to Capture effectiveness.
• Collaborate across Capture Delivery, Business Development, Practices, Proposals, Government Relations, Marketing, Salesforce, Technology, and other Growth functions.
• Support initiatives related to cross-selling, priority pursuits, pipeline quality, market intelligence, and organic growth.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Capture, business development, growth strategy, proposal development, sales operations, market intelligence, or a related area.
• At least 2 years of direct supervisory experience managing multi-functional teams.
• Experience in designing or managing enterprise processes, standards, systems, or support functions.
• Proven capability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage through managers or functional leads.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is required.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in architecture, engineering, infrastructure, professional services, consulting, or government contracting.
• Preferred: Experience with market intelligence, knowledge management, dashboards, business intelligence, or workflow systems.
• Preferred: Experience in implementing AI or automation within business workflows.
