Head of Brand

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Viktor’s brand system, which encompasses visual identity, voice, narrative, and standards for creative quality.

• Execute campaigns that capture attention and effectively position Viktor in the market.

• Convey Viktor’s narrative as relatable, competent, and straightforward.

• Assemble and lead both an in-house and agency team dedicated to brand-related initiatives.

• Introduce the new identity through the website, products, and sales collateral.

• Deliver a significant campaign that drives substantial attention.

• Create and enforce guidelines for brand voice, visual identity, and quality.

• Establish the brand team structure, detailing in-house roles and agency functions.

• Engage with users from day one and begin delivering work within the first week.

• Report directly to the CMO.

• Occasionally travel to Warsaw.

• Proven experience in guiding a brand from its early stages to scaling, supported by tangible work examples.

• Background in executing campaigns that stand out in a competitive landscape.

• Capability to set high creative standards while remaining involved in hands-on tasks.

• Experience in building a creative team from the ground up.

• Familiarity with positioning a brand against significantly larger competitors.

• Self-motivated with a clear communication style and the ability to assert opinions amid challenges.

• Experience with a challenger brand in the B2C space is a plus.

• Strong skills in video and motion graphics are advantageous.

• Must possess the legal right to work in the location of the role.
