⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in automation testing.

• Demonstrated success in a QA/Automation leadership position, specifically in the Fintech, FX, or capital markets sector.

• In-depth understanding of trading technology products, market mechanics, and how to validate financial software at scale.

• Extensive experience in designing automation frameworks from the ground up.

• Strong knowledge of modern development lifecycles.

• Highly experienced in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Clear understanding of how QA integrates into continuous delivery.

• Exceptional ability to communicate technical constraints to business stakeholders and translate business requirements for engineering teams.
