Head of AI – Processes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the current AI & Processes Practice, focusing on its professional, organizational, and financial growth.

• Providing professional and disciplinary leadership to a multidisciplinary team of specialists in AI, processes, organizational development, and automation.

• Defining specific areas of expertise while fostering capability building, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.

• Managing capacity, skill sets, and resource allocation.

• Advising executive leadership, CIOs, and business units on the implementation, scaling, and utilization of AI and automation solutions.

• Evaluating and enhancing business processes.

• Crafting strategies, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives in partnership with clients.

• Overseeing complex consulting and transformation projects to ensure their successful execution.

• Collaborating with Sales and Portfolio & Innovation to further advance the business sector.

• Identifying new market opportunities and avenues for growth.

• Representing LM in engagements with clients, partners, and at industry events.

• Expanding the service portfolio, including new offerings related to AI, processes, and automation.

• Upholding high-quality standards while promoting the reusability of effective solutions, methodologies, and best practices.

• Partnering with Security & Compliance, Data & Analytics, and other specialized fields to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in consulting, transformation, or business development.

• In-depth knowledge of AI, process management, organizational development, and automation.

• Proven leadership experience in managing teams, practices, or business units.

• Several years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or developing and expanding business areas.

• Familiarity with modern Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, and Power Platform.

• An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a strong ambition to shape and develop.

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
