This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Configure and develop solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically concentrating on the Core HR and Recruiting modules.
• Implement and sustain HCM configurations that encompass enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, positions, hierarchies, and approval relationships.
• Establish and manage workflows, notifications, and custom transactions.
• Tailor and enhance the user experience through the use of Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Execute data migration and loading using HDL and HSDL.
• Create and uphold integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extract, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Implement customizations utilizing Page Composer, Design Studio, and DFF/EFF.
• Generate and maintain reports and extracts using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle SQL.
• Configure and deploy functionalities of the Recruiting module, which includes candidate portal, campaigns, questionnaires, and onboarding integrations.
• Oversee and integrate Oracle quarterly releases, including configuration updates and regression testing.
• Document configurations and prepare technical guides.
• Manage and track Service Requests submitted to Oracle.
• Engage with the Oracle HCM community to anticipate advancements and exchange best practices.
• Higher education in IT, information systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Core HR and Recruiting.
• Strong proficiency in HCM configuration and development, which includes workflows, security, integrations, customizations, reporting, and organizational settings.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud tools and technologies such as HDL/HSDL, REST and SOAP APIs, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Redwood UI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle SQL.
• Ability to work autonomously, with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach, while effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
