📋 Description

• Collect both business and technical requirements

• Document existing and future-state processes

• Configure, develop, integrate, or manage Oracle HCM Cloud in accordance with established design standards

• Coordinate aspects such as interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process dependencies

• Plan and implement unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing

• Assist in deployments and promote user adoption

• Address issues and contribute to ongoing process enhancements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, technical teams, and external partners

• Ensure reliable and maintainable solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally 5+ years of experience in a relevant professional capacity

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR, workforce structures, absence management, talent management, compensation, security, and HR reporting

• Background in implementing, developing, managing, or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM

• Strong comprehension of pertinent business processes and core capabilities of Oracle HCM

• Experience in gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions

• Familiarity with integrations, data flows, testing, and production support

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and external partners

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Preferred: experience with cloud services, automation, modern delivery practices, secure development, accessibility, governance, regulatory requirements, and relevant professional certifications or advanced training
