Guidance Consultant – Clinical EAP Intake and Triage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote support on issues related to behavioral and emotional health, family matters, and overall wellness.

• Conduct clinical intakes via telephone.

• Direct clients to suitable resources, including therapists and counselors.

• Follow departmental protocols, best practices, and customer specifications.

• Address concerns and identify resources to guarantee a positive experience for clients.

• Inform clients about available resources, eligibility criteria, and services offered.

• Keep comprehensive and precise case documentation within the proprietary database.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in behavioral health.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure continuous care and alignment with specific client service expectations.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field in Behavioral Health.

• Outstanding communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

• Quick-thinking, energetic, positive, and professional demeanor.

• Proven skills in multi-tasking and critical thinking.

• Experience in clinical assessment related to mental health, substance dependency, and crisis stabilization.
