This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Design, develop, and manage the sales enablement program for new business acquisition, upsell/expansion, and channel partner teams.
• Create and implement onboarding processes for new hires to accelerate proficiency and reduce ramp-up time.
• Develop and provide ongoing training on products, sales methodologies, tools, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to convert product roadmaps into actionable go-to-market strategies.
• Facilitate product launches by ensuring field adoption.
• Utilize enablement tools and data to monitor ramp times, content utilization, and win rates.
• Transform enablement performance data into insightful recommendations for leadership.
• Assess and oversee enablement technologies, including AI-driven training solutions.
• Establish the enablement function from the ground up, ensuring executive visibility and collaboration with the Head of Sales and CRO.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a GTM Strategy role.
• Proven track record of setting up and managing a Learning Management System (LMS) or enablement platform from the ground up.
• Capability to create certification pathways, gate content by role and stage, and monitor completion against ramp milestones.
• Experience leveraging AI for developing role plays, generating call scorecards, updating battle cards from call recordings, and scaling coaching efforts.
• Practical experience with conversation intelligence tools like Gong.
• Proficient in creating trackers, scoring calls according to a methodology, and extracting evidence of deal stages.
• Ability to directly work with Salesforce reporting and spreadsheets.
• Skill in correlating enablement activities with outcomes and presenting performance trends to leadership.
• Demonstrated history of surpassing variable targets or enabling high-performing sales teams.
• Experience in guiding a sales organization through significant changes in processes, products, or structure is a plus.
