Growth Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enhance website performance by optimizing Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), PageSpeed Insights, and the overall user experience for both desktop and mobile platforms.

• Improve landing page effectiveness to boost SEO, user engagement, digital advertising results, and Google Ads Quality Scores.

• Design, deploy, and maintain edge-rendered web applications utilizing Cloudflare Workers.

• Create and launch campaign landing pages employing Markdown and reusable content components.

• Apply technical SEO best practices, including metadata, structured data (JSON-LD), canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and OpenGraph tags.

• Conduct ongoing website updates, technical SEO enhancements, and content improvements for routine operations.

• Set up, manage, and audit Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking for Google Ads, Meta, and various marketing platforms.

• Write clean, maintainable frontend code using modern web technologies and Tailwind CSS.

• Participate in Git-based workflows, including pull requests, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and resolution of production issues.

• Collaborate directly with the Digital Media team across DBC's Australian conveyancing brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in web development.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining modern web applications with Next.js/React, Vue/Nuxt, or Laravel/PHP.

• Familiarity with, or a strong willingness to work with, Nuxt 3/4, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Cloudflare Workers.

• Proven track record in web performance optimization, particularly with Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed Insights.

• Expertise in asset optimization, caching strategies, and frontend performance best practices.

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including metadata, structured data, Schema/JSON-LD, canonical tags, and XML sitemaps.

• Proficient with Git, GitHub, pull request workflows, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary development tools.

• Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

• High attention to detail with precise tracking, tagging, analytics, and campaign measurement.

• Capable of working independently, managing competing priorities, and delivering results within set deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, marketing, and cross-functional teams.

• A conducive home office environment free from noise and distractions.
