Growth Strategy Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Oversee several prominent and impactful strategic initiatives.

• Conduct interviews and facilitate working sessions with leaders in Enterprise Growth and throughout the organization.

• Guide teams in performing industry, market, competitor, and financial analyses.

• Extract and refine analytical insights for Humana.

• Produce high-quality analyses and deliverables that outline objectives, issues, and challenges.

• Present insightful findings and actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with team members and leaders across the organization.

• Assist in the development of Medicare Advantage strategies.

• Break down issues and challenges to formulate logical solutions and recommendations.

• Shape implementation considerations and translate analysis into actionable steps with business owners.

• Integrate strategic options into a cohesive plan aimed at driving growth and profitability.

• Facilitate essential meetings, guide diverse groups to reach consensus, and lead by influence.

• Work alongside subject matter experts, members of the executive management team, and leaders from corporate, functional, and business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with excellent academic credentials.

• 6-8+ years of full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate/business unit strategy, or finance.

• Proven track record of leadership.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to quickly establish and maintain trust with business leaders.

• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented work style.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior staff members.

• Strong commitment to personal and professional development.

• Capability to work effectively from a dedicated home office.

• Home internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• Ability to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information while working remotely.

• Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be necessary.
