Growth Strategist, TikTok Shop

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Implement affiliate strategies for TikTok Shop and/or social ambassador initiatives that align with brand goals.

• Perform daily outreach to affiliates via the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.

• Oversee affiliate communication systems and Discord communities to foster beneficial partnerships.

• Manage social commerce efforts on TikTok and Meta, including the establishment and ongoing optimization of social shops.

• Monitor and report on GMV, response rates, and the growth of programs.

• Create affiliate commission strategies and assess overall profitability.

• Develop forecasts and client objectives based on historical performance data.

• Engage with clients regarding campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

• Stay updated on industry trends and platform developments, integrating innovative tactics as needed.

• Utilize AI technologies to enhance business processes.

• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media, with agency experience preferred.

• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithm modifications, and platform updates, including examples of how this knowledge has been applied to improve strategies.

• Experience using the TikTok Shop Seller Center and managing its Affiliate system.

• Understanding of the social ambassador ecosystem with demonstrated experience in at least one sub-affiliate program; experience with Impact is an advantage.

• Proven track record of managing social media strategies for multiple clients across diverse industries.

• Strong analytical abilities for analyzing campaign data, extracting actionable insights, and making data-driven choices.

• Experience in managing social commerce initiatives, specifically in setting up and optimizing social shops on TikTok and Meta.

• Experience overseeing performance-focused influencer campaigns that measure conversions, click-through rates, and ROI.

• Capable of working independently and managing social media strategies autonomously.
