增长运营经理 – Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the deployment, optimization, and performance analysis of mainstream overseas advertising channels, continuously enhancing customer acquisition efficiency and ROI.

• Manage traffic generation from social media and external channels such as X, Telegram, Reddit, and YouTube, while consistently expanding new customer acquisition channels.

• Oversee SEO/GEO strategies by utilizing keywords, content, media, and external information layout to enhance brand visibility and recommendations in search engines and AI Q&A/generative search.

• Monitor the entire conversion funnel from user clicks, registrations, to recharges and transactions, continually optimizing the Landing Page and user conversion pathways.

• Handle data tracking and attribution analysis for campaigns, consistently improving customer acquisition costs and overall conversion effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseas Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or User Acquisition.

• Proven experience in executing overseas advertising campaigns, with the ability to independently build, optimize, and analyze campaign performance.

• Familiarity with at least two major overseas advertising channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, and Native/Programmatic.

• Strong data analysis skills, capable of identifying issues related to creatives, channels, and conversion funnels based on data, and proposing optimization strategies.

• Understanding of basic SEO logic, with some knowledge of GEO/AI Search Optimization, capable of enhancing brand exposure in AI search and Q&A scenarios through content and external layout.

• Proficient in English as a working language.

• Experience in growth for Crypto/Fintech platforms.

• Familiar with attribution and data analysis tools such as AppsFlyer and GA4.

• Experience in social media, content distribution, PR, or external traffic acquisition.

• Practical experience with AI search/GEO optimization using tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overview.
