Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Deliver concierge-level assistance, quickly addressing issues and offering proactive insights (market intelligence, platform recommendations).

• Oversee a portfolio of premier clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

• Advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to promote client growth and provide a seamless experience.

• Represent the brand at exclusive events to enhance loyalty and attract new business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth/operations within the Cryptocurrency industry.

• Proficient in analytical tools and reporting, including Google Analytics and Amplitude.

• Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency to support clients and ensure internal satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Mandarin.
