Growth Intelligence Specialist – Market Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver actionable insights, frameworks, and recommendations regarding QuintoAndar’s performance in comparison to competitors.

• Assist in enhancing supply (listings) and demand (user acquisition) strategies.

• Evaluate overall marketplace performance.

• Aid in the development of growth initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize impact.

• Take ownership of the monthly executive Market report for leadership, from identifying sources and metrics to conducting in-depth analyses of marketplace performance.

• Create analytical models and frameworks to steer supply and demand strategies.

• Collaborate with Operations to spearhead strategic projects.

• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing decisions and facilitating execution.

• Track marketplace and market KPIs, assisting with both tactical and strategic planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in business intelligence/analysis, commercial planning, or growth strategy; or 2–3 years of management consulting experience.

• Capability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable components.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the skill to extract insights from data.

• Experience working with large datasets.

• Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, and Excel.
