📋 Description

• Take charge of the organic growth function from start to finish

• Establish the direction for organic growth and create briefs

• Oversee the content scheduling and publishing workflow

• Collaborate on technical SEO and publishing tasks with engineering teams

• Generate content that is published, ranks well, gets cited, and drives conversions

• Utilize analytics to assess performance and prioritize tasks

• Expand upon existing SEO documentation, dashboards, and research

• Work in collaboration with engineering and marketing departments

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ownership of an SEO/content function - you led the process and were accountable for outcomes, not merely executing someone else's briefs

• Near-native or native proficiency in written English with a portfolio showcasing long-form B2B technology writing

• Proven experience in GEO / AI-search work - you can describe your contributions and how you measured their success

• Strong SEO acumen: keyword research, on-page optimization, content architecture, and the capability to develop strategy rather than just follow it

• Familiarity with GA4 and Search Console, along with a data-driven approach to prioritization

• Capacity to manage a process from beginning to end across engineering and marketing

• Self-motivated and dependable in meeting deadlines

• Experience writing in the fields of fintech, healthtech, AI, or SaaS; technical fluency (including engineering teams, APIs, product development); expertise in CRO and conversion copywriting; knowledge of schema markup, headless CMS, or Git-based publishing; familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog; and experience with AI-visibility tools like Profound, Peec, or Otterly
