Growth and Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Organize and map the data produced by ORC’s systems.

• Create dashboards and analyses tailored for various departments.

• Examine the funnel, audience demographics, behavior, and channel conversions.

• Enhance the quality, organization, and utilization of the CRM.

• Establish lead-source tracking and attribution.

• Develop integrations between the CRM, WhatsApp, forms, and partners.

• Construct automations and prototypes using no-code and low-code platforms.

• Provide Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams with dependable data support.

• Implement and assess AI applications, agents, and AI Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

• Document processes and convert business requirements into clear technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in business-oriented data analysis and familiarity with SQL.

• Skilled in creating dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, or a comparable tool.

• Background in CRMs, funnels, integrations, and automations.

• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.

• Experience with platforms like Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar.

• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking methodologies.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python or JavaScript.

• Practical experience with artificial intelligence tools.

• Professional proficiency in English is advantageous.
