
Group Product Manager, Title Launch Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and propel the multi-quarter product vision for Title Launch Management.
• Link ingestion, distribution, and platform investments to quantifiable decreases in manual intervention and turnaround times.
• Oversee unified direct delivery through APIs, web portals, and standards-compliant feeds.
• Manage spec-agnostic ingestion, partner onboarding and permissioning, metadata capture, and automated asset evaluation and quality control.
• Lead the orchestration process from ingestion to launch, ensuring automation is the default launch pathway.
• Create a scalable catalog architecture and dependable fulfillment for related platforms and systems.
• Collaborate with operational teams to convert pain points into a prioritized backlog.
• Align operational KPIs with product investments, including turnaround time, launch readiness, issues per launch, and reduction of manual steps.
• Work alongside partner domains to enhance asset workflows and launches.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Establish clear objectives, elevate product craftsmanship, and empower PMs to excel in their roles.
• Collaborate across Rights, Encoding Technologies, Localization, Content Foundations, Member Product, and Operations to sequence dependencies and make informed decisions.
• Convey context and opportunities to stakeholders ranging from engineers to senior leadership.
• Over 10 years of product management experience focused on B2B products.
• Proven history of successfully delivering complex technical or platform products, preferably in content supply chain, media processing, ingestion/distribution pipelines, workflow orchestration, developer/partner platforms, or large-scale operational systems.
• Strong systems thinking and technical insight, with the ability to reason about pipelines, APIs, data models, automation, and the trade-offs between speed, quality, cost, and risk.
• Capability to engage deeply with engineering teams without the necessity of coding.
• Proven ability to collaborate with operational teams and translate operational realities into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Data-driven analysis and decision-making, demonstrating excellent judgment and prioritization in complex, high-scale environments.
• Experience in developing automation or ML/AI-driven products that significantly reduce manual efforts at scale is a strong advantage.
• Experience working collaboratively with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business partners in a highly cross-functional, matrixed environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Leadership experience in developing talent, providing candid feedback, and enhancing the skills of Product Managers.
• Experience in the media, entertainment, or streaming industry is a significant plus.
