📋 Description

• Take charge of the long-term vision and strategy for ensuring reliability and controls in money movement across both fiat and cryptocurrency.

• Establish service levels and resolution targets for each fund flow.

• Develop an infrastructure for controls that govern money movement and validate these controls prior to the transfer of funds.

• Implement real-time detection and comprehensive tracing across payment rails, blockchain networks, controls, and ledgers.

• Enhance accuracy through AI agents that recommend controls, prioritize alerts, and resolve issues within established limits.

• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product teams to define control ownership and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• Profound knowledge in money movement, payment infrastructure, ledgering, or large-scale financial platforms.

• Proven experience in developing strategies for extensive money movement or financial systems, including payment processing, transfers, ledgers, reconciliation, or reliability components.

• Strong technical understanding of distributed systems, event streaming, idempotency, double-entry ledgering, reconciliation, and preventive and detective controls.

• Proven ability to establish standards that span organizational boundaries in a highly regulated environment.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI with appropriate human oversight.

• Must be located in the USA.
