Group Account Supervisor – Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate a portfolio of clients.

• Direct and manage associated account teams, establishing team objectives.

• Ensure teams are equipped with the necessary resources and foster growth among team members.

• Offer insights for strategic development initiatives.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of clients' markets, disease states, clinicians, influencers, societies, competitors, technologies, and treatment methodologies.

• Build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients and agencies.

• Broaden connections within client and prospective organizations.

• Advocate for the agency’s perspective at senior levels of client organizations.

• Oversee project scopes, forecasts, reconciliations, reports, pricing, revisions, and financial projections.

• Proactively identify issues and offer guidance on subsequent actions.

• Address inefficiencies and communication barriers within the agency that impact profitability.

• Recognize opportunities for organic growth and increased productivity.

• Review projects aligned with new strategies and collaborate with project managers to resolve issues.

• Mentor, train, assess, and provide constructive feedback to account staff.

• Assess training needs and manage team scheduling and workload effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 7 years of experience in an agency environment.

• May require domestic and/or international travel, including overnight stays.

• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship.

• Experience in launching within the pharma/healthcare agency sector is preferred.

• Preference for candidates local to Boston, MA.
